Newly-appointed CEO of Indonesian BULOG State Owned Enterprise, Mustafa Abubakar, stated that he will import rice as less as he could do to ensure rice avalibility in Indonesia. He gave reason that, naturally, rice importing activities is needed when Indonesia farmer can't meet up with rice demand from Indonesian people (in layman terms, there is not enough rice in Indonesia) so any activities to boost the rice production will be worth-tried before importing rice from abroad.
Hmm..i smell something wrong here..
